ClassRoom Restaurant

Dining at the ClassRoom Restaurant is more than just a meal; it is a culinary experience that contributes to an exceptional learning experience for the cooks and chefs of tomorrow. 

A culinary arts apprentice  preparing food in a professional, industrial kitchen.

We'll be back in October!

The ClassRoom restaurant is closed for the season. We will reopen in October with a new fall menu featuring mouth-watering four-course gourmet meals prepared and served by Professional Cook 2 apprentices.

We look forward to seeing you this fall.
