Parking rates and services are in effect Monday through Saturday, from 7 am to 10 pm. After 5 pm, staff and short-term lots are available for general use, provided the vehicle鈥檚 license plate is registered and payment has been made for the duration of the stay. Overnight parking is not permitted.
Parking at Camosun
All vehicles parked in Camosun parking lots must have a valid parking session associated with their license plate. Failure to register and pay for parking may result in enforcement measures, including immobilization or towing. Find more information on parking violations.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces cannot be guaranteed or reserved.
Parking at Interurban in lot P8 is free on weekends for Saanich parks and trail users.
Parking rates
- Short term*: $0.75 for 15 minutes (stay for up to 90 minutes)
- 4 hours: $3.50 for 4 hours
- Full day: $7.00
- Weekly: $35 per week
- Purchase up to 4 weeks at a time for $140

Parking fees are non-refundable. This includes motorcycle parking.
Note: Paid parking sessions are valid at both campuses. If you purchase a daily session at Interurban in the morning, you may continue to park at Lansdowne in the afternoon, and your license plate remains registered for the day.

Motorcycle and scooter parking

Carpooling
Carpool spaces are reserved for those with registered carpool permits until 9 am. More convenience for carpoolers!
Save money on gas, share the cost of parking, and score priority parking in designated carpool spots. Here's how:
- Find a Carpool Buddy.
- Fill out the Carpool Registration PDF - Please note that the first information block on the registration form is for Permit holders, who will be the individual responsible for the associated group鈥檚 carpool permit. Permit Holders will be the carpooling group鈥檚 point of contact with the office of Transportation & Parking.
- Bring carpool registration, Camosun ID, and license plate number to the Campus Cashier at Interurban, or the Facilities Service Window Dawson 200 at Lansdowne. Email us at cam-motion@camosun.ca.
- Obtain the carpool permit and display clearly in vehicle while parking at Camosun.
- Enjoy the prime parking spaces, save money by sharing costs, and reduce your carbon footprint.
Note: Obtaining a carpool permit does not guarantee a space will be available. If no spaces are available, please use general parking.
Elder parking stalls
As part of Camosun College鈥檚 Indigenization and Reconciliation efforts, designated Elder Parking stalls are available in recognition of and respect for local Indigenous Elders.
- Lansdowne Campus: Two stalls in Lot P1 (near Na'tsa'maht)
- Interurban Campus: One stall in Lot P5 (near Portable A) and one stall in front of the Alex & Jo Campbell Centre for Health and Wellness (CHW)
Note: These stalls are reserved exclusively for Indigenous Elders at all times. Vehicles without a valid permit issued by Ey膿蕯 Sq葍鈥檒ewen will be subject to ticketing or towing at the owner鈥檚 expense.
Electric Vehicle (EV) charging and parking
Drive to campus more sustainably. Camosun provides EV Level 2 charging stations at both campuses. Vehicles must have a valid parking permit, and parking/charging time is limited to 3 hours.
Where can I purchase parking?
- Daily, weekly, and monthly (4-week) parking sessions can be purchased at Robbins parking meters located within campus lots. The meters accept coins and all major credit cards.

- Mobile Payments: You can pay for parking using the or apps, available on iOS and Android. Both let you register your license plate, pay remotely, and receive expiration alerts. Please note that a transaction fee applies. Parking in short-term not applicable for mobile payments.
